By visiting our website, booking appointments, or registering as a patient, you represent that you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our online services.

To maintain a smooth schedule for all patients, we enforce the following scheduling rules:

• 7-Day Window: Appointments can only be booked up to 7 days in advance.
• No Same-Day Online Bookings: To prevent scheduling conflicts, online bookings are only available for future dates (starting tomorrow).
• Weekly Holiday (Thursday): The clinic is closed on Thursdays. Any booking requested for a Thursday is automatically initialized as cancelled with the cancellation reason: Hospital Closed on Thursday (Weekly Holiday).
• Daily Limits: Slots are subject to availability according to our daily patient limit and maximum bookings per slot.

Patients may reschedule or cancel active appointments online at any time via the "Manage My Booking" feature using their registered 10-digit phone number and Patient ID/Booking Reference ID. Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability and doctor approval.

You agree to provide accurate and complete personal details (name, phone number, age, address) when registering. Our clinic maintains Electronic Medical Records (EMR) containing your vitals, complaints, diagnoses, and prescriptions. All medical histories are handled confidentially and are accessible only to authorized medical practitioners.
